If you are a Huggies fan, you need to go to CVS this week. They have their big box of diapers (64 count) on sale for $19.00. If you purchase the box, they will give you $10.00 in Extra Care bucks!!
This is what I did.
19.99 Box of diapers
2.99 Colgate toothpaste
0.88 Chicklets gum (need one more thing to make my total enough for coupon)
I had a 5.00 off 25.00 purchase that I got on-line.
I printed a 4.00 off a 20.00 purchase that I printed on the coupon scanner as you enter the score. (That one was luck.)
I had a 3.00 off Huggies coupon.
I had 4.00 in Extra Care bucks from last week.
I had one 0.75 cent coupon for the toothpaste.
I paid $9.78 out of pocket for all of these items. I also received back 12.00 in Extra Care bucks so CVS actually PAID me to shop there today.
I did a second transaction and purchased:
2 24-count Nestle Pure Bottled water at 2.78 each.
I pack of Huggies little swimmers diapers at 8.99.
I used a 1.00 coupon for the bottled water.
I had a 1.50 coupon for the swimmer diapers.
I had a 2.00 CVS coupon for the diapers that printed at the scanner for me last week. YAY!
I used the 12.00 in Extra Care bucks from my previous purchase.
My total was 0.03 cents but I had to pay tax! Boo! It was 1.26 total out of pocket!!!
What a great day!!! My receipt said that I saved $39.59!!!!!
I heart CVS!

What's it like being a stay at home mom?? It's wonderful!!! (Believe me, I know that there will be a day when I want to pull my hair out so you can be waiting for that post to come!)
It is so nice to just focus on Parker, his needs, and the needs of our family. We went to the Forest Hills pool twice this week. Parker did great. Me, not so much. I scorched my back. I am not one to normally burn but it was our first day at the pool and I was worried about Parker and I totally forgot to sunscreen on my back.
The baby pool is PERFECT for Parker. We just put on his floaties and he's off! I grew up going to that pool. We would go everyday as a child so I am thrilled that I get to take Parker there too. We are lucky to have a pool in our neighborhood.
His new obsession is MatchBox cars. We loves to play with his cars!
Today we went to the library for "Babies Love the Library." What a cute program. It's about 15 minutes long and Mrs. Jessica leads songs and fingerplays with the children. It took Parker a few minutes to warm up but once he did, he loved it. Joey was there too so he was happy.
After the library we headed over Gattman Park in Muscle Shoals. Holy Cow! What a great park! It's has an amazing splash pad and a great set of playground equipment. Callan and Parker turned into quite the daredevils flying down the really tall slide. It made Melodie and I a nervous wreck but they seemed to like it!
Not too sure about the water yet..
Somebody let me out!!!
Lizzie loved the water too!
What a fun week! I am looking forward to many, many more!
